Easily share your screen with Fingercheck to get guidance on navigating the Fingercheck website and answering your questions. When you are logged in to Fingercheck as an administrator, you can work directly with our team by sharing your screen and generating a unique code to start it.
Start Co-browsing
Click on the Service Desk.
Select Get Help.
Click Share Your Screen with Fingercheck.
Share the numeric code with the Fingercheck agent.
After you share the code with Fingercheck, click OK.
Once the Fingercheck agent receives the code, you will see another pop-up window to approve Fingercheck to view your browser window.
Click OK to authorize the Fingercheck agent to view your browser.
Finish Co-browsing
Please note that you will need to stop sharing your co-browser session with Fingercheck.
Click the red Stop button at the top of the browser.
Click OK to confirm the termination of the session.
