View your Fingercheck plan
Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.
Hover your pointer on the avatar in the top-left corner, and select Plans & Billing.
Your Fingercheck plan is listed under Pricing & Services.
If your company is eligible for a package upgrade, you can upgrade your account anytime from Plans and Billing and select Book my demo under the Upgrade option to initiate the upgrade process.
View your account information
You can also view your information under Plans & Billing.
Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.
Hover your pointer on the avatar in the top-left corner, and select Plans & Billing.
Account information shows the following:
Account rep
Status: Active, Terminated, On hold
Account number: your Fingercheck client ID
Start date
Billing cycle start: the first date the billing cycle begins
Billing cycle end: the last date the billing cycle ends
View your billing information
You can view and edit your billing information.
Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.
Hover your pointer on the avatar in the top-left corner, and select Plans & Billing.
Billing information shows the following:
Email: the email address that is receiving Fingercheck billing information.
Method: the type of payment method used.
Payment information: the account details used for paying Fingercheck invoices.

View pricing and services
Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.
Hover your pointer on the avatar in the top-left corner, and select Plans & Billing.
Pricing and services show the services your company is set up with, along with the price. Additional services are additional products and services that are set up with your account.
