Using the Fingercheck Virtual Assistant is easy. You can get answers to your questions quickly when interacting with the virtual assistant. You can begin using the Virtual Assistant from any screen once you’re logged into Fingercheck.

  1. Login to Fingercheck as an Administrator or Supervisor.

  2. From the Dashboard, you can click one of the Virtual Assistant icons from the top-right menu selection.

  3. Select one of the suggested questions or type your question.

    If you don’t see your question, you can type in a question and click the Search icon.


Access the Knowledge Base

The Fingercheck Knowledge Base houses everything you need to know about using Fingercheck. While you’re chatting with the Fingercheck Virtual Assistant you can easily access the Knowledge Base by clicking the hamburger menu and clicking the Help Center button.

Virtual Assistant on the mobile app

You can easily access the Virtual Assistant on the Fingercheck mobile app. Select the icon to open up the Virtual Assistant from any screen.


Process Rapid Run payroll

The Fingercheck Virtual Assistant lets you quickly process a Rapid Run payroll.

  1. Login to Fingercheck as an Administrator.

  2. From the Dashboard, you can click one of the Virtual Assistant icons from the top-right menu selection.

  3. Select Payroll from the suggestions.

  4. Select Run Payroll.

  5. Select the check date you would like to process payroll.

    Select Show More to view additional check dates.

  6. Select Yes to continue processing payroll within the Virtual Assistant.

You can view the payroll reports after the Rapid Run payroll process is complete.

Payroll warnings and errors

If you experience warnings and errors while processing the Rapid Run payroll in the Virtual Assistant, you will need to go to the payroll page to process payroll for that check date.


Interact with the Virtual Assistant

You can interact with the Fingercheck Virtual Assistant by asking questions or selecting a suggestion to find out more information about your account.

You can find out about the cash required for your last payroll.

Or feel free to click Show More to find out about the amount of your last tax draft, pay period, and check dates.
