How to enroll your employees on your Face ID 4 time clock

  1. On the clock, go to Menu.

  2. Go to User.

  3. Select an employee.

  4. Go to Face.

  5. Align your eyes within the green box.

How to enroll your employees on your Face ID 5 time clock

The steps for enrolling your employees on the Face ID 5 time clock are simliar to the Face ID 4 clock, with a few minor updates.

  1. On the clock, go to Menu.

  2. Go to User Management > All users.

  3. Locate your user by going down the list or by using the search bar.

  4. Select your user, and select Edit > Face.

  5. When prompted, have the employee stand still while the camera records their face.

The face must not be covered with a face mask, and there must be adequate lighting for the device to properly enroll the employee.

The device will be able to read your face with a mask on after the face has been enrolled with a mask.
