For troubleshooting purposes, we often start by asking our clients to restart their clocks, since many processes on the clock trigger only during startup.
Note: The FACE ID clocks do not have a power button, so follow the second set of steps below and unplug the clock to power it off.
Restart your clock or router
To power off your clock, press and hold the target symbol for 3 seconds.
Press the target symbol again to turn the clock back on.
FACE ID clocks
Alternatively, FACE ID clocks do not have a power button. Alternatively, FACE ID users can follow the procedure listed below:
Unplug the power on your clock and router (preferably both at the same time).
Plug in the router.
Plug in the clock.
