You can set up notifications in the Schedule to alert you when an employee do not clock in or out, misses a punch, or responds to a shift confirmation.
Send notifications when employees do not clock in or out
Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator or Supervisor (with scheduling permissions).
Click the SCHEDULE tab.
Click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper-right of the SCHEDULE tab.
In the Settings pop-up window, select the Notifications tab.
Complete the options you want to set.
Toggle on to send a notification.
Select how you want to send the notifications. (can be all three)
Email
SMS
Push
Check if you want to send an email copy of the notification to the employee also.
The settings allow you to have notifications sent to the supervisor when an employee does not clock in or out before or after a specified time.
Click Save.
Send notifcations when they accept or decline shifts
Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator or Supervisor (with scheduling permissions).
Click the SCHEDULE tab.
Click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper-right of the SCHEDULE tab.
In the Settings pop-up window, select the Notifications tab.
Scroll down to Shift confirmation
Complete the options you want to set.
Toggle on to send a notification.
Select how you want to send the notifications. (can be all three)
Email
SMS
Push
The settings allow you to have notifications sent to the supervisor when an employee either accpets of declines a shift.
7. Click Save.
