The Shift Confirmation feature ensures there are no missed shifts and keeps communication clear between you and your supervisors. Here’s how you can manage your shift confirmations.

What are shift confirmations?

  • Shift notifications: When you log in, you will see a notification on your main dashboard. You will also receive automatic notifications via email when a new shift is published, so you can quickly confirm or decline it.

  • Shift confirmation: You can confirm or decline shifts easily using the web. This helps your supervisor track which shifts are acknowledged.

  • Reminders for unconfirmed shifts: If you forget to confirm a shift, reminders will be on your main dashboard and your schedule, so you don’t miss out.

  • Confirmation status: You can track the status of your shifts—whether they are confirmed, pending, or declined—directly in your schedule.

Confirm your shifts

  1. Receive notifications

    • You will see a notification on the top of your dashboard.

      1. It will directly take you to the shift to be confirmed or declined.

    • When a new shift is assigned, you’ll get a notification via email. The message will include a link to view the shift to be confirmed or declined.

2. Schedule page

  • You can view your shifts on the schedule.

3. View shift details

  • Click on the link to view the shift. Here, you can either confirm or decline the shift.

4. Confirm a single shift

  • Tap on the shift details.

  • Either select the green checkmark to accept the shift or the red x to decline the shift.

  • A confirmation will appear for you to choose to accept or decline the shift.

5. Confirm multiple shifts at once:

  • If you have several shifts, you can confirm them all at once, making it quick and easy.

  • Click Confirm all shifts to accept all at once.

6. Get confirmation: Once you confirm or decline the shift, you will see a message acknowledging your response.

By managing your shift confirmations, you help your team plan for proper coverage, making sure shifts are filled, and ensuring there are no gaps in the schedule. The system keeps both you and your supervisor informed, so everything runs smoothly!
