For troubleshooting purposes, we often start by asking our clients to restart their clocks, since there are a lot of processes on the clock which only trigger during startup. Here is a quick tutorial on how to power off/restart your clock.
To power off your clock, hold the target symbol down for 3 seconds, then press it again to turn it back on.

Or, you can unplug the power on your clock and router, preferably both at the same time. Simply unplug the wires on both devices.

Then plug both devices back in, preferably the router first and the clock second.
