If you've added a new clock to your existing lineup or recently purchased multiple clocks, you can easily sync all your clocks so that your employees' fingerprints and data are all synced and ready to go. Please note that this process cannot be undone, so before you sync your clocks, consider whether you want all your data, employees, and fingerprints to be synced together. If the answer is yes, simply follow these three simple steps:
- Log onto your Fingercheck account and go to the "Setup" tab. From the side bar menu on the left, select "Clock Management."
- Select all the clocks you would like to sync and then click "Sync Clocks."
- When the pop-up message asks you to confirm the process click on "OK."
Once you've clicked "OK" the page will reload and your clocks should all be synced. The data and fingerprints will be shared between all your clock terminals.
