If your employee's fingerprints aren't working efficiently, you can easily delete their fingerprints and re-enroll them. If you've decided you no longer want an employee to punch in, you can also delete their fingerprints to eliminate the possibility of them punching.


How to delete fingerprints from your time clock

  1. Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.

  2. Click the EMPLOYEE tab.

  3. Click the employee's name or number to open their profile.

  4. Under Personal, click Clock Info.

  5. Click the hamburger icon in the top-right corner, and select Delete Biometrics From Clock.

  6. In the pop-up window that appears, select the clock, and click Delete.
