If your employee's fingerprints aren't working efficiently, you can easily delete their fingerprints and re-enroll them. If you've decided you no longer want an employee to punch in, you can also delete their fingerprints to eliminate the possibility of them punching. It takes just seconds, and best of all, you don't have to be near your time clock to do so! Follow these simple instructions to delete fingerprints using our software:

  • Log into your Fingercheck account, navigate to the "Employee" tab, and select an employee.
  • Once within the employee profile, click on "Clock Info" within the employee menu.
  • Select "Delete Fingerprints From Clock" from the drop-down menu on the bottom of the screen.
  • Select the clock you would like to delete fingerprints from and click "Delete Fingerprint."

 After clicking "Delete Fingerprint," once the page reloads, you have succeeded in deleting your employee's fingerprints from the clock.
