The Fingercheck Mobile App is equipped with a camera feature that, when enabled, requires employees to take a picture to submit a punch. As a supervisor or administrator, you can look at punch photos when logged in to your account online. Learn how to view on mobile app here.

Enable the photo requirement feature

  1. Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.

  2. Click the EMPLOYEES tab.

  3. Click the employee's name or number to open their profile.

  4. Click Self Service.

  5. Click the Edit icon (pencil) for the Clock in Options section.

  6. Select the Allow Mobile Punch option (if it is not already selected).

  7. Select the Take Photo On Mobile Punch option.

To set this option for more than one employee at the same time, use the Require Photo on Mobile Punch option on the Quick Actions Menu.
