For troubleshooting purposes, we often start by asking our clients to restart their clocks. Here is a quick tutorial on how to power off/restart your clock.
- To power off your clock, hold the target symbol down for 3 seconds, then press it again to turn it back on.
- Or, you can unplug the power on your clock and router, preferably both at the same time. Simply unplug the wires on both devices.
- Then plug both devices back in, preferably the router first and the clock second.
