In this article, we will walk you through updating an employee’s profile to reflect when they are a statutory employee.
Report a statutory employee
Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.
Go to Employees.
Select an employee to open their profile.
Select Personal > Position & Rates.
Click the pencil icon to edit the EEOC & Classification Information section.
Check the checkbox Is Statutory.
Click Save.
