It's simple to log in from the Fingercheck mobile app. Available in the Apple App Store or Google Play. (Do not confuse this app with Fingercheck Time Clock, which is a separate app for public-use tablet devices.)
Set up your Fingercheck mobile app to accept fingerprint or face ID logins
Register your fingerprint or face on your phone.
This is usually in the Settings on your phone. For more information, see your cell phone's documentation. Apple users can see the fingerprint documentation or face ID documentation.Log in to the Fingercheck mobile app.
Tap the hamburger icon to open the menu.
Tap your name so that you can access the PREFERENCES option.
Tap PREFERENCES.
To set up fingerprint recognition:
Turn on the Fingerprint Sign-in toggle.
The following prompt appears.
Place your fingerprint on the sensor as instructed.
When your fingerprint is recognized, the following confirmation appears.
Tap OK.
To set up face ID recognition:
Turn on the Enable Face Sign-In toggle.
Complete the steps that appear on the phone.
Log in with your fingerprint
Tap on the Fingercheck Mobile app on your mobile device.
The following prompt appears:
Place your finger on your phone's sensor.
You are automatically logged in.
To log in with a face ID, follow similar steps.
