With this guide, you can easily access your Fingercheck account and start using its features to manage your work-related tasks. Whether you prefer using a web browser or a mobile app, Fingercheck offers a seamless and convenient experience.
Sign in to Fingercheck via the mobile app:
Download and install
Go to the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
Download and install the app on your mobile device.
Open the app
Tap on the Fingercheck app icon to launch the app.
Enter your credentials
On the login page, enter:
Username
Password
Company code.
Choose your role
Select the appropriate login option based on your role as:
Administrator
Supervisor
Employee.
Remember me
To simplify future logins, you can choose the "Remember Me" option to have your computer store your login credentials.
Tap "Sign in"
Two-factor authentication (2FA):
For added security, you will be prompted to enter a 2FA code, usually sent to your registered email address.
Trust device:
If you're using a trusted device, you can select the "Trust Device" option to skip the 2FA process for future logins on that device.
Forgot your password?
If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page.
Follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
Sign out of Fingercheck:
To log out from the mobile app, tap on your profile photo or the menu icon on the top-left corner, then select "Log Out" from the menu.
