The Fingercheck Time Clock Application turns your iPad or Android tablet into a fully functioning time clock in just a few minutes.
For Android, we support Android 5 to Android 14
For iOS, we support iOS 11 to iOS 17.5
Set Up Your Tablet App
Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Log in to the app with your Supervisor or Administrator credentials by entering your Username, Password, and Company Code.
On the next screen, turn on the following toggles as needed:
Take Photo on Punch: Captures employees' photos after every punch.
Capture Location on Punch: Enables GPS tracking to include the location of each punch.
Enable Quick Punch: This enables your employee to punch without selecting a job, task, or department.
Keep Screen On: Forces the tablet to stay awake when the Fingercheck Time Clock app is active.
Trust Device Time: This enables the Time Clock app to use the tablet time when there is no internet access.
Select the Default Cost Centers.
Cost centers are used for mapping purposes. Once they are mapped, all punches will have this selection attached to them.
Tap Continue to view the Punch screen.
Once this screen is available, your employee can punch in, punch out, or transfer with their clock number. For more information, see How to Punch In Using the Time Clock Tablet App.
