How to Manage Multiple Accounts

Learn how to switch between accounts in one admin portal

If you are an administrator for more than one company that uses Fingercheck, you can contact your Fingercheck representative or Support, and ask to consolidate your account under one username and password.

For example, if you sign up as a Fingercheck administrator for XYZ Painting, and you are also a Fingercheck administrator for ABC Plumbing, you have two usernames under separate company IDs. After Fingercheck adjusts your accounts, you can log in to your first company and then access the other company from the drop-down list in the top-left corner of the Fingercheck admin portal.


How to access multiple accounts on the dashboard

  1. Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator for your main company.

  2. To switch companies, open the drop-down list in the top-left of the dashboard, and select the company you want to manage.
