First, visit app.fingercheck.com, login to the Fingercheck app & hover over the Insurance tab on the left-hand navigation bar. Select “Class Codes” from the options listed under “Employee Benefits.”
On the “Class Codes” page, click the “+ Add Class” button to create a new Class Code.
Enter a name and brief description for the Class Code and click <Save> to return to the main page of the Class Codes tab.
On the Class Codes tab, click on the Class Rules field and complete the required fields.
The Start Date and End Date for the Class Rule must match the Start Date and End Date for the Employee Benefit Offer.
You must create a new Class Code for each Employee Benefit Offer.
At the “Contributions” section of the Class Rules tab, enter either
the Fixed Dollar Value
Percentage Value of your employer contribution.
At the “Plans” section right of the Class Rules tab, select which Employee Benefit Plan(s) you want to follow this Class Rule.
If this plan is not the default offer for your employees, uncheck the “Default Offer” checkbox.
Upon completing these processes, you have completed all steps to successfully offer benefits or insurance to your team/company through Fingercheck!
