With the Fingercheck mobile app, you can review employee time sheets in the office or on the go.
How to review time sheets using the mobile app
Log in to the mobile app as an Administrator or Supervisor.
Tap the hamburger icon to open the menu.
Tap REVIEW TIMESHEETS.
The header displays the payroll period.
Select the appropriate pay period. (Tap the arrows on the left or right, or tap Tap to Select Pay Period.)
Tap an employee's name.
To filter the list, enter a name in the Search field.
The employee's hours are displayed.
Tap the Work link for a particular day for more details.
The details appear as shown below.
To view details about a punch, tap the pencil icon on the left.
To edit a punch, tap the Edit icon to the right of the timestamp, make the changes, and tap the checkmark in the top-right corner.
To delete a punch, tap the X on the right of the entry.
To add a punch, tap the plus sign (+) in the top-right corner.
