How to Find Your W-2 and Pay Stub Information

Each pay day, you'll also want to see your pay stub. Then, when it's time to prepare your taxes, you'll want to have your W-2 form. It's easy to find these in Fingercheck.

How to find your W-2 form on the web application

  1. Log in to Fingercheck on app.fingercheck.com.

  2. Hover over PAYROLL, and select Annual forms.

    You will see a list of the W-2 forms for each tax year you worked for your employer. Tax forms for the prior year may not be available until after January 31 of the next year. For example, your 2022 W-2 form may not be ready until after January 31, 2023.

  3. To open and print a W-2 form, click the PDF link.


How to find your pay stub on the web application

  1. Log in to Fingercheck on app.fingercheck.com.

  2. Hover over PAYROLL, and select Pay Stubs.

  3. To view details, click the check date.

  4. To download a PDF file of your pay stub, click the PDF link.


How to find your W-2 form on the mobile application

  1. Log in to the Fingercheck Mobile app as an employee.

  2. Tap the hamburger icon to open the menu.

  3. Tap TAX FORMS.

    You will see a list of the W-2 forms for each tax year you worked for your employer. Tax forms for the prior year may not be available until after January 31 of the next year. For example, your 2022 W-2 form may not be ready until after January 31, 2023.

  4. Tap the form you want to view.


How to find your pay stub on the mobile application

  1. Log in to the Fingercheck Mobile app as an employee.

  2. Tap the hamburger icon to open the menu.

  3. Tap PAY HISTORY.

  4. For more details, tap the date.
