The Accountant Portal (accountant.fingercheck.com) allows accountants to access mutual clients payroll, general ledger, tax forms, and other legal documents. This portal is available to an accountant user at no cost. Accountants and bookkeepers can use this simple interface to access information with a few clicks.

The portal contains several tabs:

The Accountant Portal also has a link to the Partner Program dashboard. For more information, see How to Refer Clients and Make a Commission.

The DASHBOARD tab

The DASHBOARD displays information about your clients’ upcoming payrolls.

The page also includes links to:

  • Refer a client (so that you can earn commission based on the number of referrals)

  • Request access for new clients by providing an EIN number. (This access is free.)

  • Fingercheck Knowledgebase for accountants.

The CLIENTS tab

The CLIENTS tab lists your clients who use Fingercheck. If you have many clients, you can use the search field to filter the list. Each client has Reports, General Ledger, and Tax Forms links where you can retrieve the information. For more information, see How to View and Download Client Data From the Accountant Portal.

The TAX FORMS tab

From the TAX FORMS tab, you can download quarterly reports, W2 forms, 1099 forms, and other tax-related forms for all of your clients who use Fingercheck.

The CALCULATOR tab

The Tax Calculator helps you determine how much tax and other deductions will be taken out of a paycheck.

The PARTNER PROGRAM tab

The Partner Program allows you to request access to become part of Fingercheck’s Partner Program, and begin referring clients to earn commission on those referrals.
