For busy small businesses, if you accidentally miss the deadline for your regular payroll cycle (by 8 p.m., 2 business days prior to the check date), Fingercheck still has you covered. If your account qualifies for this service, you can instantly process next-day payroll without having to spend time on the phone with customer service.
All 360 Plus plans include this benefit at no additional cost. For 360 and Small Business Starter plans, there is a nominal service fee.
360 Plus Plan
It is easy to use Next-Day Direct Deposit. You can do it all from your Payroll Dashboard. You will receive a prompt the next time you log in to Fingercheck after you miss your set payroll deadline. Next-Day Direct Deposit must be submitted by 6:15 p.m. EST the day before the check date. That's it! Just run payroll like usual and as long as it’s before the 6:15 PM EST deadline, then your employees will be paid the very next day. You’ll never miss a payroll processing date again!
360 and Small Business Starter Plans
It's simple to use Next-Day Direct Deposit. You can do it all from your Payroll Dashboard. You will receive a prompt the next time you log in to Fingercheck after you miss your set payroll deadline.
First, you will receive a pop-up that gives two options:
Process Payroll Next-Day
Change check date to next available check date (at least 2 business days from today’s date)
2. If you choose Next-Day and have a qualified account, then you will be prompted to use Next-Day Payroll. Next-Day Direct Deposit must be submitted by 6:15 PM EST the day before the check date. You must agree to the $150 processing fee and terms and conditions.
3. You have the option to upgrade to 360 Plus, where Next-Day Direct Deposit is included at no additional charge. It won’t apply to this Next-Day Payroll, but if you ever miss payroll again and join 360 Plus, then all future Next-Day Direct Deposits will be included in your plan. If you are interested, check the box and a sales agent will be in touch with more information.
