Fingercheck introduces a redesigned Employee Schedule experience with a refreshed look and improved navigation. These updates enhance shift management, making it more intuitive and visually appealing across key scheduling features.


1. Enhanced navigation & viewing options

  • Calendar picker: Select dates more easily while keeping the familiar weekly view.

2. My Shifts: Clean and informative shift cards

  • Notes feature: "Add Note" now redirects to the Shift Details page for better organization.

  • Clock in/out option: Employees can clock in and out directly from their shift cards.

3. Team View: Shift & absence tracking

  • Refined shift & absence cards: Positioned for easier scanning.

4. Open Shifts: Streamlined shift selection

  • Take shift button: Status updates to "Pending" when an employee selects an open shift, ensuring clarity on shift availability.

5. Shift & Absence Details pages: Improved readability & functionality

  • Enhanced navigation: Smooth redirections from shift cards to details pages.

6. Requests Counter: greater visibility into shift requests

  • Counter in menu: Displays the number of shift requests, providing better oversight.

7. New Action Menu: more room for viewing shifts

  • Repositioned to the top right: Previously at the bottom right, now moved to free up space while maintaining functionality.
