Fingercheck's Team Schedule and Time Off Visibility feature allows you to see your coworkers' shift schedules and time off requests right on your calendar. If your administrator has given you access, then you’ll know exactly who you are scheduled to work with, and who is available to trade shifts, and when other people have requested time off, you can avoid making the same requests multiple times and possibly being turned down.

My Schedule vs. My Team’s Schedule:
You have the ability to toggle between "My Schedule" and "My Team’s Schedule" on the web.
This makes it easy to view your personal schedule or team members' schedules.
How to view my team schedule
Sign in to Fingercheck as an employee.
Navigate to the Schedule tab.
In the schedule calendar, select My Team Schedule.
Filter and sort My Team Schedule
You can filter and sort the My Team Schedule view to quickly find what you need.
To open the filter on the Team Schedule page, click the funnel icon (filter).
The filter options are:
Scheduled
Unscheduled
Approved absences
Requested absences
The sort options are:
Last name
First name
Employee number
You can toggle on or off the open shifts view.
You are able to take open shifts directly on the team schedule, or your own schedule.
