We are excited to offer a Spanish mobile app in our ongoing effort to improve your experience. The Spanish mobile app is currently only available for employees, not administrators or supervisors.

Automatic language detection

Our iOS and Android apps are made to work with the language settings on your device without any problems. If the language on your device is set to Spanish, the app will show up in Spanish when you log in. Here’s how it works:

  1. Set your device's default language to Spanish.

  2. Open the app or download the mobile app - Apple App Store or Google Play.

  3. Sign in upon authentication, the app will automatically display in Spanish.

Manual language change

You can manually change the app's language to Spanish if your device's default language is not Spanish. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Launch the app on your mobile device.

  2. Select preferences. Usually in the app's main menu or settings.

  3. Select app language: Choose Spanish

  4. Confirm and save your language preference.

Change language in the mobile app

  1. The mobile app should launch with the device’s default language:

    1. English or Spanish.

  2. Users can switch between the 2 languages in their app under Preferences.

  3. Tap your name so that you can access the Preferences option.

  4. Tap Preferences.

  5. Selecting a new language leads to a confirmation pop-up. Upon confirmation, the mobile app will bring you back to the Preferences screen.

  6. Reload the app and the language will change.

Benefits of the Spanish app

  • Improved accessibility: Spanish-speaking employees can use a localized app more easily.

  • Increased usability: Understanding app prompts, buttons, and instructions in your native language improves usability.

  • Improved efficiency: Clear communication in your preferred language can boost productivity.

Important details

  • Language availability: Currently, only employee user experience has Spanish translation. It is not available in Spanish for administrators and supervisors yet.

  • Language detection: Check device language settings for automatic language detection.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch with our support team if you have any questions or need more help changing the app language.
