For employees with self-service access, Fingercheck offers many features that make it easy to oversee time worked. One of them is the ability to sign a digital signature directly onto employee timesheets to approve hours.
Once set up by the administrator, you can access this feature with the mobile app and website.

How to digitally sign your time card through the web application
Log in to your Fingercheck account on app.fingercheck.com.
Click the TIME CARD tab.
On the Time Card page, adjust the pay period dates as needed.
Review the hours to make sure they are correct.
Turn on the Approved by Employee toggle ad the bottom of the page.
In the signature box that appears, use your mouse or touchpad to sign, and click Continue.
How to digitally sign your time card through the mobile application
Log in to the Fingercheck Mobile app as an employee.
Tap the hamburger icon to open the menu.
Tap TIME CARD.
Review the hours, and tap Approve.
Enter your signature, and tap Submit.
