Available wages and limits
Pay On-Demand (POD) allows employees to request a payout of their earned wages at any point throughout the pay period. Employees can access their earned wages as soon as the hours they worked are posted to their timecard.
So if an employee works on Monday, they can submit a POD request either on that same day after clocking out or on the following day.
It's important to note that POD transactions can be initiated for the prior pay period right up until the payroll for that period is processed. For instance, for the pay period spanning from Sunday through Saturday, employees can access their available wages up until the moment the payroll is processed, which is typically the following Wednesday.
As an example, employees have until the payroll is processed on 10/11 (for a check date of 10/13) to access their available wages for the pay period between 10/1 and 10/7.
Employees can tap into their earnings, accessing either half of their earned wages or a maximum of $1,000. Each POD transaction is capped at $200. They have the flexibility to submit multiple POD requests until they reach their available wage limit of $0.
