Designed for maximum efficiency with minimal effort, creating employee schedules is easy and quick using the Fingercheck mobile app. Here are the steps you'll need to take to create a schedule for your employees:
- Log in to the mobile app as a supervisor. Swipe from the left or tap on the menu icon to pull out the sidebar menu. Once the menu is open, tap on "Schedule."
- Within the Schedule screen, you can tap an employee to build a schedule. If you'd like to move to a different week, use the arrows on either side of the calendar to change the week. If you have many employees, you can filter through your list by using the “Search by” drop-down menu or, entering a name in the blank search bar. Once you've tapped an employee, you will be brought to a screen where you can enter their schedule information day by day. Once you finish entering details for the first day of the workweek, you can tap the next date and follow the same process.
- Once you are finished, tap "Submit." Now if you tap the "Back" button, you can view the schedule you just created for that employee. To edit the schedule at any time, tap on the schedule, and edit the details as you wish.
The schedules you make will be located in the "Schedule" tab of the sidebar menu of the employee dashboard, where your employees can pull up their schedule with ease.
