Employee | How to View Your PTO Balance

If you're an employee with self-service, you have a lot of tools at your disposal! Take for instance, the ability to keep tabs on your available balance of time off. You can do this using multiple methods on both our mobile app and our website. Here are all your options:

Method #1: The first method is to navigate to your online dashboard.

  • Log onto your FingerCheck account and within the dashboard, click on "Create Absence Request."

  • Once you are within the "Employee Absence" window, by "Absence Policy" select a policy. Once you do, your available balance will immediately be generated underneath.  

Method #2: The second method is to log into the mobile app. 

  • Sign onto the mobile app, pull out the employee side bar menu and select "Time Off." 
  • Within "Time Off," you can check your available PTO balance.
