How to Change A User Password

At some point you may want to change a user password, whether it be a supervisor, employee, or administrator. Here is how to do so step-by-step:  
 
  • Log onto your FingerCheck account and go to the "Setup" tab. From the drop down menu on the top left of the page, select "Security Menu."
  • Within the "Security Menu" click on " Security Users" and click on your employee's name.
  • Now you can change your employee's password. Make sure you click "Save."

If you'd like to change the password for an employee, you can also make that change directly from your employee's profile by following these steps: 
 
  • This approach allows you to change a password for an employee specifically. Log onto your FingerCheck account and go to the "Employee" tab. From the employee tab, select the employee whose password you would like to change.
  • From the side bar menu on the left, select "Web Access." "
  • Click on the "..." radio button.
  • Now you can change your employee's password. Make sure you click "Save."
