- Log onto your FingerCheck account and go to the "Setup" tab. From the drop down menu on the top left of the page, select "Payroll Menu."
- Once you are within the "Payroll Menu," select "Rate Codes" from the sidebar on the left and click on the yellow "Add" button.
- Create a "Code" and "Description" for your new rate code. The code should be a short, quick way of identifying the rate code, whereas the description describes the rate code. Click "Save" and then you're done.
- You should see the rate code now displayed in your "Rate Codes" window, as shown below.
