- Log onto your FingerCheck account and go to the "Employee" tab. Check the boxes next to each employee's number to sync their fingerprints or check the top most box to select all employees. Next, click on "Quick Actions" and select "Download Fingerprints."
This will trigger a pop-up. Check the box of the clock(s) you would like to download the fingerprints from.
When the pop-up message asks you to confirm the process click on "OK."
Once the process is over you'll get re-directed to the page where you started. Note that the employees are still selected. Go to "Quick Actions" again and click on "Send Employees to Clock."
Select the clocks you would like the employees' fingerprints to be synced to. Once you've checked the clock(s), simply click on "Send Employees."
Once again a pop-up message will ask you to confirm the process. Click on "OK."
- You will be brought back to where you were for the last time. Click on "Quick Actions" and click on "Send Fingerprints to Clock."
- Click on "Send Fingerpints" with the same clock(s) checked. Doing this will enable the clock to recognize your employees' fingerprints and allow them to successfully clock in and out.
- Click on "OK" to the pop-up message asking you for confirmation.
Now your employees have been synced to the clock of your choice! You can sync as many clocks as you need by carrying out this routine over and over again.
