How to Update Your Payment Information

Whether it's changing your credit card number or switching to ACH payment, FingerCheck makes it easy for you to update your payment information. Here are instructions on how to proceed with either of the possible payment methods:
  • To update a credit card on file, log onto your FingerCheck account and go to the "Setup" tab. From the sidebar on the left of the page, select "Billing."
  • Click on "Billing Information" to change the credit card number on file.
  • Now input a new credit card number and click "Save."
  • You may also want to do an ACH payment, in which we charge you directly from your bank account. In order to do so, you can call our billing department and let them know you'd like to switch your payment method to ACH. You can provide our department with your information which includes the bank account number and routing number and they can enter it for you. Or, if you'd like to enter the information yourself, when you call in our team will enable ACH to be a clickable field within the "Pay Method" drop down menu (you'll find that you won't be able to click on it at all without permission), and a window should pop up allowing you to enter your information.
